In this session, we demonstrated how the Salesforce platform, along with apps such as Conga and RiskScreen can be used for back office operations, in addition to the front office sales and service tools that most users are very familiar with. The suite of products we showed was used to accelerate the compliance and client onboarding functions, with the following key operational outcomes:
- Less time spent trying to win business with clients that won’t pass compliance processes.
- Enhanced client experience. The onboarding documents that clients receive are already partially complete with information we already know about them.
- Time saved from administrators needing to enter data into (sometimes multiple) systems.
- Ability for clients to self-serve and track the progress of their application status.
