Comnexa was founded in 2016 with the ambition to help more businesses harness the power of Salesforce and drive sales, marketing, operational and administrative efficiencies. Today we are driving businesses forwards by putting Salesforce at the centre of their universe, helping them process and analyse key business data from a central source of truth and ultimately operate in a strategic and data driven manner.
We predominantly work with Financial and Professional Services businesses because this is what we know best. A number of our team started their careers in the financial services industry before training in Salesforce and so we understand the challenges faced by businesses and speak their language. As we’ve grown and developed implementation experience, we have developed accelerators and project methodologies we can guarantee lead to success.

Co-founder & Chief Technical Officer
Dan co-founded Comnexa and has ten years experience providing a variety of Salesforce services to a wide range of sectors and markets, specialising in financial services and professional services. Before founding Comnexa in 2016, Dan was responsible for the planning, global implementation, and management of Salesforce at Jersey Finance. Dan has led implementations of Sales & Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud and Pardot for a number of our clients. He is a Pardot Specialist and combines his previous career in marketing to transform B2B campaigns for our clients.
Co-founder & Chief Commercial & Operating Officer
Phil has worked in B2B marketing and business development roles for over 12 years and has an MSc in Marketing from the University of Exeter. He was a Salesforce user at his previous company and, together with Dan, saw the potential that the platform could bring to other businesses. Phil leads Comnexa's commercial & operational activities and occasionally helps clients use the data within their CRM to calculate their marketing and sales campaign ROI and ultimately spend their marketing and sales budgets smarter.
Professional Services Director
John is Comnexa's Professional Services Director and joined in 2021 following 20 years within the IP industry, ten years of which was leading and delivering software solutions for multi national companies. John has delivered software solutions internationally to companies in many diverse industries such as financial services, pharmaceutical, technological, manufacturing, entertainment and consumer goods. For the last three and half years John has been leading the Professional Services team for an end-to-end IP solution based on the Salesforce platform. This has allowed John to utilise his knowledge of the Salesforce platform combined with project management and consulting experience to deliver projects to clients on time and on budget.
Richard Van Neste
Customer Success Manager
Richard leads Comnexa's customer success team, ensuring that our clients are continuing to evolve and enhance their Salesforce org's and practices following projects and ultimately are succeeding with Salesforce. A key function of Richard's team is that they work alongside a client's own superusers or Salesforce centre of excellence to support their efforts regarding user adoption. He spends a lot of his time learning about the latest Salesforce updates and working with our clients to help them take advantage of these. Richard started life at Comnexa as a Business Solutions Consultant before moving to the customer success role and so he is well placed to help our clients to plan their Salesforce roadmaps and ultimately get the best return on their investment in Salesforce.
