Comnexa is a Salesforce Summit Consulting Partner specialised in delivering solutions to the Financial and Professional Services industries.
We help financial and professional services businesses use technology to win, onboard and manage customers.
Comnexa was founded in 2016 with the ambition to help more businesses harness the power of Salesforce and drive sales, marketing, operational and administrative efficiencies.
Today we are driving businesses forward by putting Salesforce at the centre of their operations, helping them process and analyse key business data from a central source of truth and ultimately operate in a strategic and data-driven manner.
We predominantly work with Financial and Professional Services businesses because this is what we know best. A number of our team started their careers in the financial services industry before training in Salesforce so we understand the challenges faced by businesses and speak their language.
As we’ve grown and developed implementation experience, we have developed accelerators and project methodologies that guarantee successful outcomes.

Dan Williams
Co-founder & Chief Technology Officer
Dan co-founded Comnexa and has 11 years experience providing a variety of Salesforce services to a wide range of sectors and markets, specialising in financial services and professional services.

Before founding Comnexa in 2016, Dan was responsible for the planning, global implementation, and management of Salesforce at Jersey Finance. Since founding Comnexa, Dan has led multi-cloud Salesforce implementations for clients with 1,000+ employees. Dan is now the Chief Technology Officer at Comnexa.

Co-founder & Chief Commercial & Operating Officer
Phil has worked in B2B marketing and business development roles for over 12 years and has an MSc in Marketing from the University of Exeter.

He was a Salesforce user at his previous company and, together with Dan, saw the potential that the platform could bring to other businesses. Phil leads Comnexa’s commercial & operational activities and occasionally helps clients use the data within their CRM to calculate their marketing and sales campaign ROI and ultimately spend their marketing and sales budgets smarter.

A key function of Richard’s team is that they work alongside a client’s own superusers or Salesforce centre of excellence to support their efforts regarding user adoption. He spends a lot of his time learning about the latest Salesforce updates and working with our clients to help them take advantage of these. Richard started life at Comnexa as a Business Solutions Consultant before moving to the managed services and success role and so he is well placed to help our clients to plan their Salesforce roadmaps and ultimately get the best return on their investment in Salesforce.

John has delivered software solutions internationally to companies in many diverse industries such as financial services, pharmaceutical, technological, manufacturing, entertainment and consumer goods. For three and half years John has been leading the Professional Services team for an end-to-end IP solution based on the Salesforce platform. This has allowed John to utilise his knowledge of the Salesforce platform combined with project management and consulting experience to deliver projects to clients on time and on budget.

Salesforce Sports Day Supports Macmillan Cancer Services
Comnexa took part in the Salesforce Commercial UKI Charity Sports Day on 18 June 2025, joining thirteen other partner companies to raise over £23,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support. That total is enough to fund Macmillan’s support hotline for two full days, helping more than 300 families navigate the challenges of cancer.
Phil Cuming and Richard Whiting represented Comnexa, competing alongside Salesforce colleagues. The team took first place in events including the sack race, egg-and-spoon, and tug of war.

Race the Sun Challenge Raises £6,000 for Headway Jersey
On 6 June 2025, 39 Jersey islanders took part in the overnight Race the Sun Challenge, walking from L’Etacq to St. Catherine’s to raise funds for Headway Jersey. The full 32 km route was completed between sunset and sunrise, with the event going ahead despite poor weather. Together, participants raised just under £6,000.
Headway Jersey is a local charity that helps islanders affected by brain injuries. Its work includes rehabilitation, structured activity programmes, and support services for families. The funds raised from the event will go directly toward delivering those services.
A big shout out to Comnexa’s Jordan Rive, who organised the event with logistical support from Paul Burrows and Trail Monkey Running. A team of volunteers helped ensure participants remained safe throughout the night.

Salesforce Partner Football Day Raises Funds for NSPCC
Comnexa joined Salesforce and fellow partners at the Salesforce Partner Football Day on 29 May 2025, held at Fulham FC’s Craven Cottage stadium in support of the NSPCC. The tournament raised over £23,000, which will help fund Childline and other services for children experiencing abuse, neglect, or bullying across the UK.
Comnexa’s team went unbeaten in the group stage before exiting in a penalty shootout against Forter in the quarter-finals.

Comnexa sponsors an annual charity cricket
Comnexa sponsors an annual charity cricket match played at Putney Cricket Club in support of Cardiac Risk in the Young. In the 2022 match, over £6k was raised for CRY!
CRY offers ECG and Echocardiogram screening to all young people between the ages of 14 & 35, helping save lives.
